Gabriel Wilson (M.Ed), founder of Developmental Design, is a leadership coach and organizational culture consultant, with a specialty in diversity and inclusion efforts. His work takes us to the intersection of social justice and purpose driven enterprises, design thinking, human psychology and group dynamics.   

Gabriel studied adult developmental psychology and leadership through Stanford’s Masters program in Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies (POLS).  He was a lecturer at Stanford University for the innovative class, Designing Your Life, where he taught undergraduate and graduate students the principles of design thinking as applied to personal and professional development.  He is a certified integral facilitator and an associate for Ten Directions, a developmental training program for facilitative leadership. As the director of the Freedom and Fairness Initiative, he explores the application of integral facilitation and theory to the field of diversity and inclusion. And, last but not least, he is a practitioner of meditation in the Zen lineage through the Two Arrows Zen Center

Statistics / Data Analyst / Consultant   

Mahmoud AlJuhani is Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified engineer well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. He leads improvement projects. He is a Research Methods and Statistics Ph.D. candidate in the Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver.  He has over 10 year’s of professional experience serving in the industrial, educational, and nonprofit sectors.  He has worked at the state-owned oil giant Aramco, where he decreased operational cost by over $17M by improving the reliability of existing systems, implementing efficient utilities metering, and organizing partnerships between discrete project teams.  Mahmoud has also led international development projects, including building and installing a wireless network system in Owerri, Nigeria, which improved crop-to-market communications resulting in an 60 percent increase in agricultural income (see  Mahmoud has also actively volunteered his statistical data analysis skills to academic researchers and graduate students across disciplines.
