The Importance of Execution
There is rarely a shortage of ideas in organizations, but executing ideas and strategies remains a significant challenge. A Gartner poll showed that 75% of respondents struggle to implement their strategy or ideas, and Harvard Business Review reports three out of five companies rate their businesses weak on execution. This gap between ideas and execution has severe consequences for leaders and organizations.
Organizational success comes down to two fundamental moves: Creating new value for customers (ideas) and value creation for shareholders (the ability to execute those ideas). If you ask a leadership team to self-assess their skill in ideas and execution, on a scale of 1-10, you might see something like the math equation.
The importance of execution becomes clear when we consider which incremental improvement investment matters more.
If a leader builds one skill level better on ideas, their results only improve incrementally (i.e, from 6 to 7). Instead, if the leader invested in learning and building more skill with execution, in this case, from the rating of one to two, their results would improve exponentially (i.e. from 6 to 12).

The program consists of a Learning Platform and a Weekly Live Online Call. Participants engage with the week's material through the learning platform each week and attend that week's live online class with their master practitioner, peers, and colleagues.

A Masterclass in Execution will expose you to nuances and distinctions in execution you’ve never been exposed to before through the guidance of a master practitioner, real-life case studies, practice fields, as well as through engaging with peers as you develop the confidence to apply the insights to create organizational breakthroughs in your organization. Participants will explore common challenges that inhibit execution and learn the thinking, structures, and skills that will finally move the needle.
You will be exposed to practical and powerful new choices, have the opportunity to observe new ways of working in action, experiment with applying new techniques, and reflect on your experiences with other ambitious colleagues. Each iteration applying new distinctions will deepen your skill and your organization’s performance.

How is this course delivered?We offer our program through our Learning Platform and Live Online Call each week. Our platform features short videos of our Master Teacher delivering content for each week's subject alongside guest leaders and interactive graphs and exercises. Participants are required to complete the weekly assignments on our Learning Platform before attending that week's Live Online Call.

What are the policies for refunds?After registering in our program, you may request a withdrawal with a refund (minus a $1,000 non-refundable enrollment fee) up until 24 hours after the start of your program.

How do I enroll in this course?All of our programs require the completion of registration. Our easy online application is free, and no special documentation is required. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age, proficient in English, and committed to learning and engaging with fellow participants throughout the program.

What are my payment options?We accept payments via credit card. We encourage team learning, and it would be a great investment to learn this material with colleagues and peers. This supports education, accountability, and implementation at your workplace. Individual Registration - In this registration, the participant can choose from paying the full amount ($15,000) or using the payment option by paying half of the full amount ($7,500) by the registration date (May 6, 2022) and the second half of the payment ($7,500) by (June 6, 2022) Group Registration (2 participants - 10% Discount) - When you register a peer/colleague with you, you will receive a 10% discount from the total amount ($27,000 instead of $30,000). Group Registration (3 participants - 20% Discount) - When you register two other peers/colleagues with you, you will receive a 20% discount from the total amount ($36,000 instead of $45,000).

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
