On Beloved Community

Today we face unprecedented challenges to our psychological well-being, the robustness of our relationships, and the dynamism available in our teams, communities, and organizations.

These unprecedented challenges have the ability to bring out in us our capacity to form Beloved Community.  Beloved Community is an idea and reality that Martin Luther King Jr., John Lewis, and others devotionally gave their lives to.

Their legacies continue to teach us how we can better harness love in service of realizing our shared unity through our many diversities. They model deep personal, interpersonal, and cultural transformations that must complement many of the policy level changes governments, communities and institutions are advancing.

We reflect on the legacy of transformative inner work found within the enactments of Beloved Community in our free call.

This free call is for coaches and facilitators interested in drawing in new frames and growing needed skills to better support the forms of development individuals, teams and communities need to thrive in today’s challenging times. We warmly welcome those who are hungry and curious to explore different ways to actualize more equitable, diverse, and inclusive communities.

You will receive:

  • Perceptual transformations empowering you to “see” Beloved Community with greater acuity in your life and relationships.

  • Understand key gaps that deteriorate more valuable relationships that your well-being yearns for.

  • Practices to help you embody and enact the Beloved Community you are called to participate in.

Additionally, you will also learn about our 10-week online training for coaches and facilitators called, Coaching in a Time Between Worlds.
