We share in the collective heartbreak felt in the wake of the most recent extrajudicial killings of Black Americans including George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and Javier Ambler. The Delta Developmental team offers our love and condolences to each of their families, friends, and communities. We also stand in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement, and we are fully committed to doing our part in the fight for equity, inclusion, and racial justice.  

 

As a US American based firm, at Delta Developmental we understand that we all have a part to play in dismantling systemic racism and intersectional oppression. We believe that the greatness of the United States of America lies not in being more enlightened than any other nation, but rather in our ability to struggle together toward a more perfect union.

 

Equity, inclusion, and racial justice are long overdue. This is a moment in our history as a nation, with the entire world watching, when we must come together to do the work to reach far closer to the ideals of liberty and justice that we all hold dear. 

 

This is a time for leadership at every level of our society, in all of our communities, and at each of our organizations and institutions. It is time for leaders from small groups to multi-national corporations to do the work necessary to dismantle structures of racial oppression and replace them with sustainable systems that will promote inclusive excellence.
